As "sharing our gifts" remains to be one of our core values, New Wave will continue to offer our Volunteer Time Off to each and every one of our employees to enable us the ability to give back to a charity near and dear to our hearts year over year. New Wave will continue to contribute portions of our profits to charities elected by each employee making an impact on those areas we choose as important issues around us. Furthermore, New Wave will continue to support organizations like Success Beyond the Classroom or Feed My Starving Children on a frequent basis by "shutting down shop" for the day allowing our employees to step away from the office and volunteer their skills and talents together side by side, as employees representing New Wave Design and Verification. Just a year from our acquisition of Flightwire, we've added many new team members to support that growth. Each and every member is a value added to the positive results of our company. Regarding your feedback on the confusion and difficulty understanding the industry of which NWDV does business, it is always the goal of our senior managers to ensure transparency in the goals and vison of NWDV and how we position ourselves within the industry to ensure lasting sustainability. Communication to our teams from senior management is the key to success here. Although communication is not always perfect, we try hard and are committed to supporting our employees and their understanding of NWDV's products and business model.
