5yWe are sorry that you had a poor experience in Costa Rican and at NSA. We actually do not have a high turnover rate at all as we have 33% of our staff working with us over 10 years, 33% for 5-10 years, 17% for 2-5 years, and 17% under 2 years. Those are pretty good statistics. We understand that an owner-operated model can be challenging in some ways and yet it is also what promotes trust in our program since there is a personal investment in providing the highest quality of care and risk management. That said, we will work on taking a step back and empowering experienced, ethical, resilient, creative, collaborative, well-trained staff to take the reigns.
