Depending on the position, a competitive compensation package. If you live in greater Toronto area, less commute. You will not need to work past regular 8:30-4:30 working hours. Dependable cost of living raises, but receiving raises based on merit or achievements are not as dependable. If you are nearing the end of your career, not looking to advance or embrace the old school way of management, this may be a good place for you to work. Piece of valuable advice to prospective employees, ask lots of questions during your interview process. Do not be afraid to ask to speak to current employee's to learn about what they like about the company. Hand pick the employee's yourself that you would like to speak with. The interview process is a two-way street.
Cons
Across all divisions, this company is lacking strong visionary leaders with longevity able to take the company to the next level. Lots of micromanagement, little empowerment opportunities or managerial support for employees. This is a "keep your head down" and do not voice your opinions or feelings type of place.
