Managers that are more concerned would befriending employees than being managers, HR that's way too overactive.

New-Line is fantastic to work for. Staff are happy and upbeat, and management of all levels can easily be contacted and collaborated with as an employee. This is great for such a broad industry with industry specific knowledge.
