The organization is characterized by ineffective management and a notable lack of professionalism. Employee compensation is modest and lacks any associated benefits. Opportunities for career advancement and recognition appear to be preferentially allocated to individuals with close ties to senior leadership and certain managers' acquaintances. The workplace is marred by pervasive disrespectful.
