Not much work to do

The owner and CEO is lazy. He will lie to you. When he hired me, he made promises that he was purchasing a new market for me to manage, and how the company was growing and financially stable. After 1 week of starting he informed me was approved by the bank to buy the new business in the new market but my job was safe. He told me to help find a new warehouse and that was a part of my bonus. I found the new warehouse but he failed to negotiate a buyout of the previous warehouse, and never signed the new lease. I never received my bonus. He never introduced me to any one in the industry, and it was my responsibility to cold call and go door to door at apartment complexes to get new business. I went to trade shows alone without any support from the company. The CEO took 6 weeks off in the middle of the summer during our busiest year. He then informed me at the end of the summer he had to let me go because the business couldn’t afford to keep me and he has let me down. It was his fault. 0 benefits despite promising that he would get them.

Nothing. Pay is low, no benefits, very hard work, and no help except from Cody.

No Benefits, the owner Will only works a few days a week and a few hours each day. I miss the old owner Chuck. He treated us well and seemed to care about us.
