Pros

Good People. Everyone helped each other build and Network.

Cons

I came across the country for a job I thought I would be paid more for, then what I was making. I ended up making less and could not even get 40 hours a week and over time was unheard of. I started and the day after I realized what I was getting paid so I immediately started looking for another job. Point is I moved across the country believing I was going to start as a junior manager and made less then 9.50 per hour. I was quit mad!

Pros

Great people! I only worked there about two weeks, by that time I heard of some interesting things that have happened and it was best to leave. Great opportunity for people who will ACTUALLY work and understand sometimes it's best to move up within a company. It's a sales job, no denying that. But from what I saw in my short two weeks, it is possible! Don't except the job unless you are willing to sell things.

Cons

I don't know if this is true, but I heard that the manager had other people take drug tests for people who couldn't pass, if you get fired he does not pay you out in full (like if you worked forty hours, you'll get paid 30), it looked like a popularity contest with competing managers and a lot of good people were fired for no reason, there's a sign in his office that says "smart circle" google it before you apply, I did and that's why I quit two weeks into it. It's a shady business.

Pros

This group hires only from within for management. I have never had a job that made me feel so valued and appreciated. Those who dedicate their time and energy in each facet of this business are rewarded. I see longevity with New Heights and a future brighter than most can achieve from just one company. This job is for the tenacious and eager. The daily grind might be a simple task, but it still requires hard work. I have found passion in this job with the ability to train, coach, and mentor. Jerred is a stellar boss, who is transparent and genuinely cares about his team. I can talk to him about anything, in or out of the office, and he does not hesitate to mentor me through any challenge. The compensation is more than fair for those who put in their full effort. I came from the service industry and did not ever think I would find an entry level job that gives me the opportunity to make so much more money.

Cons

Put in your time with sales. Sometimes it can be exhausting, but always pays off from hard work.
