NGC is very nimble and always looking to stay ahead of the competition. Most of the employees have been there for over 10 years, so it is very much a family atmosphere. NGC is constantly coming up with ideas regarding new products and how to market them. Management has a good understanding of the industry.

There is a lot of pressure to meet customer requirements and keep them satisfied. NGC management has little patience for errors and oversights and sometimes makes commitments that are difficult to achieve without superhuman effort.

Very progressive and dedicated to achieving client goals.
