Nothing is worth it, worst company ever.

This company is the worst. The management is unorganized and constantly expects you to accept jobs last minute. They provide no training and expect you to come up with your own teaching material for no extra compensation. At the end of the day when teachers/tutors are being treated poorly the ones who suffer are the students.

It is flexible, Increased rate, and bonus offered for excellence. Helpful with some developed course link. The manager cares about us. Sickness reschedule. Really appreciated!

Occasionally, my students could not show up on time. But they offered me other work or waiting time pay!
