      If you're lucky you will get an easy site

      Cons

      Horrible pay, upper management sucks, techs are unheard. They paid someone out to quit their position to simply stop them from creating a union because we wanted better pay

      Pros

      Remote work. Work life balance. Reasonable leaders who care. I can't speak to the other areas of New Era, but the Indianapolis / Minneapolis offices are amazing to work for.

      Cons

      Health insurance is meh. It's really not that great. Retirement is okay. A few customers can challenging to work with. There's a wide portfolio, though, so 95% of the customers are pretty good.
