      None. There used to be gainshare checks monthly. Company policy changed at beginning of 2022. If you’re late, absent or anything but a perfect attendance individual you will not get it. Have a family? Have a life? If you want to advance in this company you MUST put sheets 1st. You must be a brown nose to the 1st supervisor to move up.

      Cons

      Hot, long hours, 0 breaks, drama, terrible insurance, management openly gossips about subordinates.
