The hours were great. I liked the community

The pay was not great. Not a lot of opportunity to grow.

Best Job I've ever had. Wouldnt give my time there up for anything in the world. Most rewarding job out there. This company will take anyone willing and able to do the work and give them skills they can and will take with them anywhere in the world for the rest of their lives.

They don't always value their employees. Everyone is always despensible. Hardest physical job I've ever had.
