Pros
- Great work-life balance
- Internal management teams (HR, leadership, etc.) give honest effort to incorporating employee feedback to make working here better
- The folks here really believe in what they do and seem to give it their best effort
- Good amount of opportunities for professional growth
- The company hierarchy feels relatively flat with how closely the leadership/managerial teams work with other employees
* I rated 4 stars because there is always room for improvement
Cons
- The company is growing in size, which brings its benefits as well as its changes (i.e. new staff and their roles to learn, slight changes to how certain teams work, etc.)
- As with any company with multiple office locations and/or some entirely remote employees, it's hard to make deep connections with others located across the country. (This of course isn't something that the company can do much about, unfortunately)
- Company culture feels a bit skewed towards emphasizing sports, not just in office decorations and conversation, but also the phrases used, the names for initiatives, things like that - this reflects how unfortunately this is still heavily a male-dominated industry
