Flexible working, lucky enough to get a 14month contract with NHS.
Cons
NAG not very supportive when things don't work out and they already know what situation you are going in to. They always support their client even when the client is in the wrong. No resolution is organised and the temp worker always is apportioned blame without knowledge.
