Benefits aren't bad. You get to work around cars all day.

At least with my position, all management decisions are done as a committee. There are 6 principals and literally everything has to be run past all of them before a decision is made. The bosses seemingly only care about themselves, their project cars, and their church. No chance for advancement. Pay increases are pretty much non-existent. I worked there 2.5 years without a raise and other employees worked there much longer without a raise as well.

What else can i say its las vegas.summer time.never had any write up but other employees with less knowledge moved up within rankings at a junkyard.im not a certified mechanic but i was raised my whole life around building motors.classic cars.basically anything that has to do with cars.

Its really no other complaint but that its las vegas nv.and its reall hot out here in the summer.very little shade to work with
