Uncertain times at a company - Senior Engineering Manager Neustar Security Services Employee Review

Since splitting off and a big chunk to transunion, the company has going through several organizational changes, management changes, and it looks like the company is not done yet. Owned by Golden Gate equity firm, it has been going through layoffs, budget cuts, to perhaps make it look like an attractive company for a buyer. New management is all about cutting costs, benefits have suffered, including 401k match. HR and marketing have been outsourced to other companies and they are highly unprofessional. Management doesn't listen to employees. Sales team does not know how to sell the security solution, incompetent.
