Pros
Lots of autonomy and progression opportunities if you’re prepared to work hard at refining your skills in a self directed learning style. Brilliant work life balance from full time WFH and no micromanaging.
Cons
Very unstructured progression path, no real process on how to reach the ‘next step’. The ‘formal’ structure for employee learning and development and performance management isn’t very clear. Not a huge benefits package other than flexible working (WFH) and good annual wage.
