Pros
Support Staff/Back of House are excellent and hardworking, the ability to meet interesting people is exciting, and the fact that the environment is fast paced and constantly changing is a positive challenge.
Cons
Executives and management are not truly committed to creating culture, community, and innovation. They act as gatekeepers who inject their own biases into their decisions on every level...hiring, member outreach, programming. The salaries are also not liveable for a city like Los Angeles (at least not for staff who are not part of upper management/executive team) and are not enough for the work that is expected.
