Some of the employees here are great individuals

The business is little more than a bait and a sham, preying on individuals for the sole purpose of raising revenue to feed the ego of a few executives while proudly announcing that this company is the fastest growing company in its industry. They promise to share the profits to everyone, and all is included in getting rich, but the owners are the only one doing so. This company is a total and complete sham.

Pros

Easy work. Can work straight 8 hrs and leave for the day.

Cons

No PTO or Holiday pay unless you are salary employee. Only allowed 30 min break if you choose, otherwise you are expected to stay at your desk. Only allowed to take bathroom breaks. Constantly monitored by cameras installed in production area to make sure you're not talking or away from your desk too long.
