Everything about Neubus has been great so far. The growth opportunity and management has been so helpful. You can build a strong foundation with your management team and rely on them for whatever you may need.
Cons
The only con is no Paid Time Off or No Paid Holidays, but the rest of the experience really makes up for it!

Easy work. Can work straight 8 hrs and leave for the day.
Cons
No PTO or Holiday pay unless you are salary employee. Only allowed 30 min break if you choose, otherwise you are expected to stay at your desk. Only allowed to take bathroom breaks. Constantly monitored by cameras installed in production area to make sure you're not talking or away from your desk too long.
