Some coworkers were supportive (mostly because everyone was struggling together).

1. Poor leadership with little to no direction or accountability. 2.Unrealistic expectations and constant pressure without proper resources or support. 3.Toxic work culture where favoritism was obvious and feedback was ignored. 4.High turnover that management pretends is “normal” instead of addressing the real issues. 5.Little opportunity for growth despite promises made during hiring. 6.Work-life balance is talked about but not practiced. 7. Worst part No place to sit . All employees are made to adjust by sitting in conference room 8. Maximum duration a employee works here is for 4 Months . 9. The owner thinks he is very smart , Doesn't allow you to speak in meeting just abuses you. 10. They operate with other 2 stake holder - Ajay Shah lab and Sehgal Lab this are nothing but a baniya store where employees are made to dance on owners music 11. Toxic 6 days working culture 9 hours shift - They keep a watch on you if you leave single minute early 12. Old employees act as the Gossip cell who pass all info to management 13. No one knows about this company but they quote them as 2nd in the list. 14. they will hire you and then tell what work you need to do
