      Great ambitions but no ability to follow through

      Cons

      Management fails to accept responsibility for failures. Constantly moves or accepts deadlines without consulting engineering team. Needs to get accounting in order, and not violate federal laws regarding taxes.

      Pros

      I learned a lot and built a product in less than 6 months. We were always pushed to go over and beyond.

      Cons

      Compensation was not substantial and no benefits.
