-literally the most BORING job I have ever had. I took on a second supplementary job just to have some sort of daily stimulation for my brain -nonexistent work culture -no training program. was left alone to watch hours of training videos then a few exercises. was not included much on anything even after 3 months -8:30-5:30 schedule -everyone there was 50+ years old -there was no reason to not work remotely. management just did not believe in it. -getting approved 1.5 hours off work counts as a full day off. -can get approved for time off but still be red flagged as having excessive time off and used as reason for termination even with .8 days monthly accrued pto and 5 sick days.
