Pros
1. Table Tennis 2. Salary on time 3. flexible hours 4. work from home fecility
Cons
1. Very bad project management 2. Low estimation, like if actual estimation is 100 hours, they take as 60 hours and all pressure goes to the developers 3. Company can fire any employee anytime, without notice 4. Never ending provision period, 5. Push employees to work in different fields, like developer becomes designer and designer becomes developer, now you can compare yourself as "Irfan Pathan" from Indian Cricket, whose career doomed because of wrong decisions of management 6. Managers are totally biased by some political employees, if you are right managers will say you are wrong as their favorite employees said. 7. High work pressure, even in holidays, weekends, and daily 8 hours is not enough. 8. Flexible timing, it doesn't mean anytime you can come and go, it means management can call you anytime for work 9. Work from home means, you have to work on weekends. 10. Some of my colleagues still not able to give time to their family, and facing divorce challenges in life. 11. I was promised to work on new or modern technologies, but found new project with old technology, So skill upgrade is bad luck here 12. If you success in project then credit goes to only manager, but if you fail same manager will never hesitate to insult you in front of all,
