Pros
Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful, willing to answer questions. Wonderful benefit of FSP program if you don't take the insurance plan.
Cons
My interview process seemed like a dream, with great conversations but after accepting the offer and starting, I found that most information was not true. I was hired to eventually backfill a retirement and receive a promotion but once I started found that wasn't true. I was told it was a bustling office where I wouldn't be the only team member in the office daily, this was a lie as I was often the only person present while everyone else worked remote. There was never a company consistency for remote work and seemed solely based on your level and department. Lack of retention of Admin staff meant having to jump in to take on extra responsibility to fill a need. There was incredible disrespect by Executives always running late and having others waiting on their arrival. This makes individuals feel like their time isn't quite as important. Communication was never consistent being told one thing from the trainer but something else from a Manager, making it hard to determine which path to follow. Human Resources talks too much about other employees and too openly. HR should be keeping many things private which was not the case. When a new hire starts, problems with recruiting and retention should not be shared openly; that can only lead to the new hire worrying about their longevity with the company. Overall, it was a very lonely environment to work in where I often felt stranded alone. I didn't feel valued as a Support person in this environment and was sad daily going into work.
