Great health insurance, colleagues from diverse backgrounds, interesting work.
Cons
Projects never get done, career progression is poor, only one work from home day. After Kape acquired the company it went downhill. 30% of the work force was retrenched. New management want to reduce costs and moving operations and work from Singapore. Hence the culture is really bad now.
