I believe that success comes from within. If you are not a self-starter and self motivated, this is not the job for you. But successful companies also need vision and direction from Leadership. Unfortunately, the President was so disengaged and hands-off that it really hurts the company from growing. The company needs an entire cultural change because the same cyclical and poor leadership habits prevent the company from growth. Lack of respect for women.

Nice Offices With Some Friendly Staff

The President was extremely fake as it relates to "caring" about the employees. Unless you produced way over and above your quota, you were treated like a child. And the comp plan would "conveniently" change if you did exceed your quotas. I never got paid the correct commission the entire time I was employed there. I was there 1 year and couldn't get out of there fast enough once I realized how the company was managed.
