They had a fair amount of employee turnover because they did a great job of training them with new skills.

Nice office building, company cars available for use.

The company has two owners who can't be in the same room together without arguing like children. They both have different view of where they want the company to go, but won't talk to each other to figure it out. Neither of the owners are leaders, they don't have any interaction with employees. The turnover rate is so high they can't keep customers happy.
