Pros

Free day old Fruit sometimes

Cons

All of the cons of working for a family-run business without any of the pros. At Netsolace, you aren't included in the larger Edible enterprise but are expected to work like a dog to meet Edible's unrealistic business goals. They force software updates on Franchisees such that you aren't driven to make good software, but software that increases the bottom line because "your end user will be forced to use this." There were initiatives to introduce software updates to funnel more money towards Edible corp and away from the Franchise owners.

Pros

- Hybrid Work - Work/Life Balance - Great Leadership - Company stability. Netsolace is a managed services provider of edible arrangements. I have been with Netsolace coming on four years, previously as a Corporate Help Desk Manager for 3 1/2 years. There is plenty of opportunity for growth within this organization. While you may not have heard of Netsolace out of the gate, they are the MSP for Edible Arrangements in-house at their corporate location. Job security is high & our teams are always growing & great to work with!

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

The people here are great to work with. Very cool bunch of guys.

Cons

The most dysfunctional IT group I have ever worked for. No change management process. No clearly defined areas of responsibility among different technology groups. Documentation is sparse, often outdated, and scattered. No training. No initiative for employee growth. We employ cheap solutions with an abundance of compromises only to have those cheap solutions fail, and then the finger ultimately gets pointed at us. On top of that, the person at the top of this organization (also the founder of Edible Arrangements) still sticks his hands in too many cookie jars. He doesn't allow IT leadership to do their jobs. If he did, this place could be so much better. Only 6 paid holidays. Seriously? Last Christmas, the vast majority of us got $100 bonuses. No, I'm not forgetting a zero. ONE HUNDRED dollars.
