First time I've been bullied out of an organization - Operations Netskope Employee Review

I would strongly advise against working for Netskope. The workplace is plagued by a toxic culture where bullying and internal politics are not only tolerated but actively encouraged, especially within the sales and marketing leadership teams. These departments, led by individuals who prioritize self-interest and favoritism over teamwork and competence, set a poor example for the rest of the organization. Incompetence at the leadership level, particularly in sales and marketing, is rampant. Instead of addressing issues or improving processes, management seems more invested in office politics and maintaining personal power. The result is an environment where backstabbing, dishonesty, and toxic behavior are rewarded, while hard work and integrity go unnoticed. If you value a positive, supportive workplace, I’d recommend steering clear of this company. It’s not a place for growth, collaboration, or professional development.
