We remember about almost all employees who worked with us. Unfortunately we have to fire very few people (3 guys) who behaved very bad to us. It is true that sometimes when projects approach deadlines the work pressure also increases. This is also true that we give a lot of freedom to our employees in the terms of time, work and communications with the CXOs, . But some people misused it by taking leaves without informing, delay in work delivery, reaching office very late and leaving very early. We allow freedom for those who work hard and deliver work on time, but the lazy fellows also misused it. So we have to fire them who repeated it even after a written notice. We strongly believe you might be also from one among them.
And about salary we still have employees whose current CTC is 9.6 lakhs/annum and above which is relatively a higher amount for a startup in Kerala. Salary will be purely based on one's experience, skills and capability. Since projects varies on clients' need, all projects cannot be managed in the same way.
But still we don't have any hard feelings to you. The situations in our company may not have matched to your interests and habits. We still advice you to improve yourself positively, find a company suits you and benefits mutually.
