Pros
Still some great people at the company from the good old days. Good insurance benefits. Good overall culture.
Cons
New leadership post Kevin Kinsey has no clue. Product is average for crowded industry it plays in and thinks it can hang with the big boys. Losing customers faster than they can replace with new ones. Management thinks changing pricing structure or changing sales process is going to fix things. This is simply non game changing software in an overly competitive space where there are no Greenfield opportunity anymore. New sales leadership is clueless and unprofessional. Blames salesreps for lack of company growth.
