The best team and culture I have ever been apart of. A group of very smart people who truly live by the companies values and work hard everyday to drive the company forward. I have never felt more welcomed or excited to come to work each day.

- Moderate health benefits - Generous stock options - Generous salary - Good initial vision prior to 2021 - Growing market recognition (despite news of mass layoff getting out)

- CEO driving business into the ground out of ego - CRO cannot sell or grow sales team that can close deals - Product org destroyed in layoff making it harder for engineers to balance requirements - Building the product they want instead of what the customers need - Very “kill or be killed” culture and not diverse at all (layoff ousted all but one woman left) - Atomized Network marketing message is confusing and doesn’t explain what we do - Board has given up on the company it seems
