What a dumpster - Web Designer Netmore Employee Review

Im grateful that I have great supervisor and colleagues during my time there.

Management not quite ok but maybe bearable if you are an intern.

There are no positive aspects to highlight about the company.

1. Lack of Respect and Professionalism: The workplace culture is lacking basic respect and professionalism. Managers and colleagues frequently engage in disrespectful behavior such as talking down to employees, ignoring their opinions, and undermining their contributions. This creates an atmosphere of hostility and demoralization. 2. Micromanagement: Managers constantly hovered over every task, leaving no room for autonomy or creativity. This micromanagement created an atmosphere of distrust and stifled innovation. 3. Unreasonable Expectations: The expectations and deadlines set by management were completely unrealistic and showed a lack of understanding of the actual workload and capabilities of the team. This led to constant stress and burnout.
