Pros
Netlink software offers only disadvantages, with no benefits.
Cons
My time at Netlink has been nothing short of a disaster. This company is, without a doubt, one of the most poorly run and dysfunctional organizations I've ever had the misfortune of working for. The management is utterly incompetent, with no vision, no strategy, and absolutely no concern for its employees or customers. It’s a sinking ship, and everyone on board knows it. The workplace environment is toxic beyond belief. Upper management is completely disconnected from reality, making irrational and shortsighted decisions that leave the rest of us scrambling to fix their mess. Communication is non-existent, with important information often withheld, leaving employees blindsided and unprepared. It’s impossible to do your job effectively when you’re constantly kept in the dark. The technology and infrastructure are a joke. We're expected to deliver "high-quality service" with outdated systems that crash on a daily basis. The level of incompetence when it comes to maintaining even basic operational functions is staggering. Instead of investing in necessary upgrades, the company cuts corners, making it impossible for employees to meet customer expectations. The way employees are treated here is appalling. There’s no respect, no recognition, and no support. Overwork is expected, and there’s zero appreciation for the time and effort put in. The pay is abysmally low for the amount of stress and frustration employees endure on a daily basis. High turnover is an understatement—people are leaving in droves, and it's clear why. If you’re considering working for Netlink, don’t. It’s a toxic, dysfunctional, and broken company that will drain you mentally and physically. Stay away at all costs unless you enjoy working in a chaotic, soul-crushing environment where your efforts are never valued.
