The owner does not deserve to run a company. After joining you will get to know about the fake promise. Even though if you give your best they don't pay you never ever on time you need to keep asking every month. The owner is simply sitting there to get the money earned by employee and to become rich. If you are good in your job don't join Netiapps . They are demotivating and if you want to leave, the owner will say that I have good connection with various IT organisations and I will spoil your career. 90% of the employees are just worthless and cant do anything.

- Awesome CEO - Your thoughts and opinions as a developer are totally valued. - Salaries are pretty decent or above standards. - Decent projects and clients - Flexible work deadlines

- They need to upgrade themselves with using latest technologies and software development methods and tools. - They need to have somebody real senior tech pro who can assert the quality of work being delivered from a technical stand point. - Need to be a little open cultured with regards to working hours and provide work from home.
