Pros
Honestly, if you do a good job and put in the 40 hours, its not a bad place to collect a paycheck. Also, with their growth rates and how much they've been firing people, easy to see good career jumps in the future. They also stock the fridge, and have lunches twice a week. Insurance is okay, pay is okay.
Cons
Those who do more don't get rewarded for it. I watched a coworker do two jobs for a year and when they asked for a raise, were told no. They've hired a few new C level "leaders" who basically feel the employees are underperforming and entitled. When I came here, I wanted to be here long term. They've change comp plans 4 times in the past 12 months, with each one resulting in lower actual dollars into reps pockets. They fired the marketing team, and then blame the sales team when numbers go down, the CRO hired his brother (who it seemed we hired the day after we made significant layoffs), and they've stopped caring about our clients. 18 months ago, this was an exciting place to think about working for the next 10 years, and with our growth it was easy to see a career path. Now it's "do what I say the way I say it," or get fired. People who question things are let go.
