Nothing as such, If in product division than you get to work on new stack, else if engineering division, then ages old stack, people believe that if they give you KT you can outperform them so being shady is the key
Cons
Annual company wise appraisal cycles are not there so there is no clarity when will everyone receive appraisal, it is behind the door process only to selective ones. Received only once in single digit in last 3 yrs. Don't know when will it happen next. Culture wise not so happening, all middle aged tired of life exhausted senior crowd. No cheerful vibes, even the events look like obligations. You may feel catastrophobic. If you were having project you were good, if released for project ramping down, suddenly you will be labelled as non-performer and eliminated. However, your manager who were also released, will stay. Dare not to ask feedback, it will be served in bits and pieces with minor flaws exaggarrated and achievments eliminated.
