We offer our managers continuous training to ensure they have the right competencies to excel. Furthermore, we have created various company policies to ensure a healthy and safe work environment, as well as our whistleblower system, where you can anonymously report any serious or suspected offences that may impact Netcompany as a whole or the health of an individual. In terms of working remotely. We are aware that the hybrid workplace model is being used differently across projects, and that is actually the point. Projects differ in many ways, and sometimes, a specific project phase entails a need for all team members to be physically present. Working from home is an opportunity that can be used when it makes sense in the team, so our best advice is to speak with your project manager to find a solution and align expectations. Including expectations of the team's need for project managers to be present, because that is of course also part of this equation.
