Leadership is being puppeteered by a new investment company, pummeling cash into the organization and creating a culture of surveillance and micromanagement. You actually can't be mad at your reporting manager, as you know they're doing their best while it seems others breathe down their neck.
The CEO managed to use derogatory terms to the entire sales organization on an internal department meeting. With, mind you, brand new reps present that had been on the meeting for the first time. Other management played it off as "motivating" which, in turn, created a culture of silence and not speaking up about how you felt.
