Pros
The money can be good, if you ever get out of the training period and book hundreds of meetings. Not really many pros.
Cons
To start, they hire you without telling you all of the websites and systems you will have to buy. The office enviornment was toxic and full of frat bros who were very unprofessional. Cusring, screaming, playing ball indoors, and way more. Little to no training. Manager was always too busy to help and my "trainer" made me feel terrible any time I asked a question. The office was very old, outdated, and looked despressed. You are expected to make hundreds and hundreds of calls per week (100/day) to call investors to bring in for meetings, in which then you dont even get to run your own meetings or make full commission on sales. Business structure sets you up for failure if you dont have a good trainer. My mental health got so much better after leaving here and leaving was a good decision. Work for a wholesaler who doesnt make you feel like a sweatshop worker.
