Pros
- In my case, my direct supervisor and department director were great. - OT not expected only because they don't want to spend the funds.
Cons
- Pay is not competitive. I now make 150% more while doing a comparable job. - If you're a bright person who learns quickly, you get stuck at the same level as the clueless people. Only offered to raise me AFTER I gave them the goodbye notice. - Non-existent training. You either sink or swim. If you sink, they'll act like it's your issue. - Far too much gossip. Even HR is sending confidential information through Skype messages to your co-workers. (I have a screenshot, but can't attach on here)
