Where do I start? The management uses scare tactics to extract their pound of proverbial flesh from poor employees. Some team mates are downright bullies and will criticize you and your ideas just for fun. The CTO is someone who is tone deaf and doesn't have the heart to take feedback, but would gladly bully you. If you value your peace of mind, avoid at all costs.
The tech stack is trash and full of bugs. Customers are treated with disdain and profanities behind their backs.
