Pros

-Stephanie, now the COO, is amazing (from the limited times I interacted with her), has a lot of energy, and gives attention and praise where it is deserved -Kavita (President) seems thoughtful, but I've never done any business with her -Lower-level employees seem very nice. They, unfortunately, are the ones who leave, because they can do better.

Cons

I unfortunately have to be vague in my description here, because it would be very obvious who is writing this review if I gave details. -Something seemed wrong from the very first day. I couldn't put my finger on it, at the time, but something was very wrong. -I was never formally trained (I trained myself) -There is intense insecurity amongst management and project leads. They feel threatened when confronted or when they are in the wrong. They will not accept wrongdoing and will always push the blame to the subordinate employee. -Inappropriate project leadership. Asking things of employees at midnight, 2am, etc. the night before a task. Lying to cover up their mistakes despite there being hard evidence thereof -The company doesn't seem to know how to hire managers. -Toxic culture unfortunately. I didn't know what that meant until I was a part of one. When you are afraid and anxious to go to work, there is a problem. I got sick a lot working at this company. I am an extremely positive person, but this company really wore me down. -HR is in cahoots with project managers. They will not act on a problem if it would harm the contract in the short term, leaving the defendant with nowhere to turn. -Actual workplace bullying happens in this company (psychological bullying) -Leaders talk behind others' backs to employees at your level. It's so sad to learn when a leader is talking behind your back. It's like middle school. -Numbers don't lie: there is very high turnover. -PIPs are passed around like a virus. Instead of being used as a last line of defense, they are used as a first line of defense.

Cons

Being a contractor for the government is always a concern with stability of your job not because of NetImpact, but because of how government contracts are issued
