Pros
Extremely unique platform at the intersection of security as code, infrastructure as code, and DevOps. Highly collaborative culture, with an all hands approach to support any opportunity. A great place to work for creative, passionate, technologically curious individuals. Big company benefits at a startup, and the ability to work remotely. The executive team is very open to suggestions on different approaches on how to go to market or how the technology could be adapted. NetFoundry has an impressive list of big name companies, such as Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, and others that have embedded NetFoundry into their offerings.
Cons
Because Netfoundry's approach is unique, and the company has created a disruptive offering, it takes a bit of time to ramp up. Not a negative for everyone, but this is not a company that you can be light on your understanding of the technology. You have to become a student of the industry, and be able to translate why the approach is going to help customers reduce risk and increase agility.
