time off when you need it. nice cafeteria, good food, nice people
Cons
Lots of contractors with great ideas that are willing to share with us permanent folks. However, unfortunate how some of the permanent folks have taken advantage of contractors ideas and represent them as their own. It is called job security. Also seems that some of my fellow arrogant perm. peers that have not been doing their job, have an attitude that they are untouchable as far as ever getting layed off. They need a reality check.
