Pros
Worked as an MTS and found that the culture is good though not exceptional. It depends from team to team and manager to manager. I have seen excellent managers and the opposite as well who indulge in politics.
Cons
They make a distinction between people joining from services and product companies and that takes a precedence over your performance in the interview. This affects the hike when joining. Also, few managers play the usual politics which affects the morale of the team members.
