Pros
great people, challenging work environment, from director on down, it was one of the best work environments i have been a part of. i miss the great people there!
Cons
senior management comes and goes, there was a RIF every year, not merit based, but politicallly motivated there is so much energy wasted in dealing with the bloated upper management that it often results in missed opportunities. it is difficult to make strategic impact.
