Good company, management generally supports the employees, good work-life-family balance
Cons
Recent restructuring layoffs were random. NetApp recently went to a "laddering" evaluation system that relied too much on management perception and not facts.
Work life balance, relaxed and nice people at junior and mid levels.
Cons
Constantly fire leaders and Hire clueless leaders from outside who fire and eliminate experienced people at their whim. New leaders who have no idea come in - many of whom do not seem to deserve their positions. They come in and start firing experienced folks internally to bring their cronies from outside. Experienced and accomplished employees are not valued.
Benefits like PTO are getting stripped away. Can see the culture of this company going down the dump.
