Cons
Pay. They are very reluctant to give any raise that is meaningful. New hires that are completely inexperienced make more than seasoned team members "because that's what the market dictated at the time" with no inclination to match longer employees pay to retain employees. Almost everyone leaves within 3-5 years because they've decided overpaying new hires is more important than retaining skilled talent.
